Looking for Partners for Opening a College in Poland

Poland is a part of schengen and also becoming a hot destination among foreign students to study in Poland because of cheaper study options and also studies and classes are conducted in English.

I am looking forward to open a English study college in Poland. I am Indian with office in India and also branch office in Poland and I am living in Poland. I am Looking for University or college who would like to open up a branch in Poland or some private institution or person who would be interested in the same.
